Leisti pardavėjui atsiųsti man priešpriešinį pasiūlymą, jei mano statymas nebus priimtas (vėliau patys nuspręsite, ar jį priimti). Pavyzdžiui, šiuo atveju jeigu pagal jūsų skaičiavimus tikimybė, kad komanda su 2,10 koeficientu laimės yra didesnė nei 50%, tuomet tai vertę turintis statymas.

Šiemet tarp nominantų premijai gauti taip pat buvo botanikas Mindaugas Lapelė, fotografas Marius Čepulis, žiedinės tekstilės ekonomikos ekspertė Viktorija Nausėdė ir Lietuvos dviratininkų bendrijos pirmininkas Paulius Bakutis. Penktadienį minint Tarptautinę aplinkos apsaugos dieną, Kauno Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto (VDU) Botanikos sode aplinkosaugininkei Linai Paškevičiūtei bus įteikta Prezidento Valdo Adamkaus premija. Kudabos premijai šiais metais buvo pasiūlyta 13 kandidatų, laimėtoją atrinko aplinkos ministro patarėjo Sigito Podėno vadovaujama komisija.

„Antru atveju, – akcentuoja specialistė, – kai darbdavys siekia darbuotoją paskatinti, premija išmokama darbdavio sprendimu, o darbuotojas tokios premijos reikalauti negali. Net nutraukus darbo sutartį darbdavys vis tiek turės pareigą išmokėti sutartą ar numatytą premiją, kurios dydis proporcingas darbo laikui per laikotarpį, už kurį skiriama premija, jeigu darbuotojas ir darbdavys nenusistato kitokio laikotarpio. Taigi įvykdžius sutartas ar numatytas sąlygas darbdavys turi išmokėti premiją, o darbuotojas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam premija būtų išmokėta.

Kai apskaičiuojame darbuotojo vidutinį darbo užmokestį, reikia nepamirši jo palyginti su minimaliosios mėnesinės algos… Apskaičiuojant vidutinį darbo užmokestį, ketvirtinė premija įtraukiama specialiu būdu. Tačiau jis atkreipė dėmesį, kad skatinamoji premija gali būti neskiriama, jei darbuotojas per pastaruosius 6 mėnesius padarė darbo pareigų pažeidimą. Tokiu atveju premijos skyrimas yra numatomas darbo sutartyje, darbo apmokėjimo sistemoje ar kolektyvinėje sutartyje. VDI kanclerio Šarūno Orlavičiaus aiškinimu, premija gali būti skiriama siekiant atlyginti darbuotojui už jo darbą.
